First Clip From STAR WARS: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER Is Like a MAD MAX Action Scene
Disney has dropped the very first clip from Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, and it looks like a scene straight out of a Mad Max film! In it, Rey, Finn, Poe, Chewbacca, BB-8, and C-3PO are being chased down by a squad of First Order Stormtroopers on a desert planet, and they are blasting away at each other.
It’s a pretty fun, fast-paced, exciting scene that some of you might enjoy! As you’ll see, the First Order Troopers have a little advantage while attacking them that the heroes of the story aren’t too thrilled about. Check out the clip!
The J.J. Abrams-directed film will “take viewers on an epic journey to a galaxy far, far away with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, the riveting conclusion of the seminal Skywalker saga, where new legends will be born and the final battle for freedom is yet to come.”
The Rise of Skywalker is set to be released in theaters on December 20th.
