First Clip from THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY - PART 2
Last week we brought you a new poster for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 featuring Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss ready for her final showdown against President Snow and The Capitol. Thanks to Fandango, we now have the first clip from the film for you to watch. The scene shows us a meeting with several of the main players in the story as they are told what their roles will be in the assault on The Capitol. I've also included some additional photos from the movie thanks to EW.
With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) confronts President Snow (Donald Sutherland) in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends – including Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Finnick (Sam Claflin), and Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) – Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.
The film will be released in theaters and IMAX on November 20th, 2015.
