First Look at Hank and Dean From THE VENTURE BROS. Season 7

Last month it was revealed that The Venture Bros. Season 7 was going to premiere this summer! We haven't seen a new episode of this fantastically awesome animated series since 2016. Now, thanks to io9, we have a first look at the characters Hank and Dean from the upcoming season. The art was included in a new book, Go Team Venture! The Art and Making of The Venture Bros.

Dark Horse Comics will be publishing the massive hardcover book that includes 376 pages of Venture Bros. greatness. The book will be released on July 18th, and there's no doubt that fans of the series are going to want to get themselves a copy.

The site also conducted a lengthy interview with Venture Bros. co-creator Chris McCulloch that I suggest you check out. He talks about all kinds of things that include The Tick, Toxic fandom, and developing a show like Venture Bros. in a world saturated with superhero entertainment. When addressing the toxic fandom, he talks about how he doesn't go out shouting at the world about how a movie ruined his childhood.

"That’s why I’m not that privy to the toxic nerd-dom stuff. Because it would never dawn on me to go on the internet after seeing something I liked or disliked. Maybe if it seemed like a small diamond in the rough that people should made aware of and could use the signal boost? Like, I’d go, “Holy crap, I just saw this little movie, you should go see it.” That’s about the most I’d do. I can’t imagine complaining to the internet about not liking a movie and here’s all the reasons why, because it wasn’t the movie I would have made even though I’ve never made anything in my life, you know? I don’t understand any of it. So if it’s getting ugly out there, I’m sorry. And I do not support yelling at a poor woman who did a good job acting or anything like that."

There's still no exact date on when Venture Bros. Season 7 will premiere, but I can't wait to watch these characters embark on some new and wild adventures again.
