First Look at Heather Graham in The H.P. Lovecraft-Inspired Erotic Thriller SUITABLE FLESH

RLJE Films and Shudder have picked up the rights to Heather Graham’s H.P. Lovecraft-inspired erotic thriller titled Suitable Flesh. They also released the image above giving us our first look at Graham in the film.

The film is based on the short Lovecraft story, “The Thing on the Doorstep,” and the story follows psychiatrist Elizabeth Derby (Graham), “who becomes obsessed with helping a young patient suffering extreme personality disorder. But her desire to help leads her into dark occult danger as she tries to escape a horrific fate.”

RLJE Films’ Chief Acquisitions Officer, Mark Ward said in a statement: “The cast of Suitable Flesh led by Heather Graham brings layered, complex performances to this new take on Lovecraft. We are thrilled to premiere this film at Tribeca especially with longtime collaborators, actor/producer Barbara Crampton and director Joe Lynch.”

The movie was adapted by writer Dennis Paoli (Re-Animator) and directed by Joe Lynch (Mayhem). The movie also stars Judah Lewis (The Babysitter), Barbara Crampton (Jakob’s Wife), Bruce Davison (X-Men franchise) and Johnathon Schaech (The Doom Generation).

The movie will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Festival. It will hit theaters, VOD and digital later this year, and then it will make its debut on Shudder.
