First Look at Marvel's MOON KNIGHT, SHE-HULK, SECRET INVASION, MS. MARVEL, and More
Marvel has released a sizzle reel that you can watch on Disney+ for the upcoming Marvel Studios shows that are coming to the streaming service. You can watch that video here, but below I included some screenshots from it that offer us a first look at several shows that fans are looking forward to!
We’ve got a first look at Moon Knight, She-Hulk, Secret Invasion, and Ms. Marvel, along with logos for some of the other shows that are coming! There’s lots of exciting stuff coming! Check out all of the images below and let us know what you think! What shows are you most excited for?
Moon Knight:
Oscar Isaac stars in the series and is taking on the role of Marc Spector, a character who has multiple different alter egos including millionaire Steven Grant and cab driver Jake Lockley. These alter egos may or may not be separate, alternate personalities, and the same may be true of Khonshu, the Egyptian deity who is either guiding Spector through his costumed adventures or a figment of Spector’s imagination. Most recently, the character was a consultant who dresses in all-white and goes by the name Mr. Knight.
She Hulk:
Tatiana Maslany and Mark Ruffalo star in the series, which is a “legal comedy that centers on the eponymous heroine (Maslany), aka Jennifer Walters, an attorney who has similar powers to her cousin, Banner/The Hulk.”
Ms. Marvel:
Iman Vellani stars as Kamala Khan in the series. The series will be inspired by the most recent incarnation of the character, a teenager named Kameaa Khan. Ms. Marvel is a shape-shifting Muslim Pakistani-American teenager from New Jersey who becomes the newest holder of the Ms. Marvel identity. She is the youngest of two children from a traditional Pakistani family. Her powers have been described as polymorphous, meaning she has the ability to stretch and change her shape.
Secret Invasion:
Samuel L. Jackson will reprise his role of Nick Fury, along with Ben Mendelsohn who will be back in the role of the Skrull character Talos. The Secret Invasion series “centers on Fury and Talos — who first met during the events of ‘Captain Marvel’ — and a faction of shape-shifting Skrulls who have been infiltrating Earth for years.”
