First Look at Pixar's Upcoming Animated Comedy Series WIN OR LOSE Starring Will Forte
Pixar is developing its very first animated series for Disney+ titled Win or Lose, and this is going to be a funny comedy! The series was created by writers and directors Carrie Hobson and Michael Yates, and Will Forte is starring in the series.
The series follows the Pickles, “a co-ed middle school softball team, in the week leading up to their championship game. Each episode takes place that same week, highlighting the perspective of a different main character—players, their parents, the umpire—each reflected in a unique visual style.”
Forte will take on the role of Coach Dan in the series and the actor shared a little message with the audience via video during the Pixar presentation at D23 Expo and introduced a funny first-look clip. The clips featured one character trying to get up the nerve to ask a girl out on a date, and things definitely don’t turn out the way he expected.
Win or Lose streams on Disney+ in Fall 2023 and it’s gonna be fun!
