DC Comics already announced that the character Mia "Maps" Mizoguchi would be the next character to step into the role of Robin. She has been included in Karl Kerschl’s 8-page story in the upcoming Batman: Black and White relaunch. He previously shared:

"This is not a drill. Batman: Black and White. Maps Mizoguchi Robin. It's all happening."

Maps has come to be a fan-favorite DC character thanks to Kerschl’s previous work with her in the 2014 comic Gotham Academy. A lot of these fans were excited about her taking on the Robin mantel and a first look at the character was recently shared by the artist.

It features the Girl Wonder excitedly hanging out of the Batmobile.
