First Look At Upcoming CREEPSHOW Comic Anthology Book

Skybound has released a first look at Creepshow #1, a new comic anthology based on Greg Nicotero’s hit Shudder TV series. With five issues total for the series, each book will come with two spine chilling tales.

In issue 1, we get the tale of Shingo, the birthday clown with an appetite for more than cake (written by Paul Dini and Stephen Langford with art by John McCrea), and trick or treaters who learn what happens when you mess with the wrong house (written and illustrated by Chris Burnham).

In addition to the main cover by Burnham featuring the iconic Creep, Creepshow #1 comes with an impressive lineup of variant covers. A cover by Declan Shalvey (Moon Knight) and a 1:10 incentive cover by singular artist Vance Kelly will also be available.

All the covers look amazing, I’m not sure I could pick a favorite one out. You can find Creepshow #1 just in time for spooky season when it releases September 21, 2022 at comic book shops and digital platforms.
