First Look Photo at Disney+ Reboot Series LIZZIE MCGUIRE
Disney+ has released their first look at the revival series Lizzie McGuire, starring Hilary Duff. In the original series, Duff played a teen girl trying to navigate life alongside her sarcastic cartoon alter-ego. The new series pick back up with Lizzie all grown up, following “a soon-to-be 30-year-old Lizzie McGuire navigating adulthood in Brooklyn with help from her animated 13-year-old alter ego.”
Hallie Todd, who played Lizzie’s mom, Jo, Robert Carradine, as Lizzie’s dad, Sam, and Jake Thomas, Lizzie’s brother, Matt, will reprise their roles in the upcoming reboot. Original Lizzie McGuire series creator Terri Minsky will be returning as showrunner and executive producer, alongside Duff and Rachel Winter.
