First Look Photo at HOCUS POCUS 2 Stars Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker & Kathy Najimy Back On Set
Disney+ has released a new photo of our favorite witches from the set of Hocus Pocus 2, stars Bette Midler, who is returning to play Winifred Sanderson, Sarah Jessica Parker as Sarah Sanderson, and Kathy Najimy as Mary Sanderson.
The post reads, “They're already running amok, amok, amok! @BetteMidler, @SJP, and @KathyNajimy are in production on #HocusPocus2, coming Fall 2022 on #DisneyPlus. #DisneyPlusDay”
The trio are returning to the film alongside Doug Jones, who is coming back to play Billy Butcherson. It is reported that the sequel will focus on Becca, played by Whitney Peak (Chilling Adventures of Sabrina), Cassie, played by Lilia Buckingham (Crown Lake), and Izzy, played by Belissa Escobedo (American Horror Story), who accidentally bring the Sandersons back to modern day Salem once again. Tony Hale (Arrested Development, Toy Star 4) will be playing Salem's new mayor, and Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso) and Sam Richardson (Veep) will be popping up in supporting roles.
