First Look Photos From Rehearsal Room of STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW Prequel Stage Play
Several first look photos have been released from the rehearsal room of the upcoming stage play, Stranger Things: The First Shadow, which serves as a prequel story to the hit Netflix series Stranger Things. The play is set in Hawkins, Indiana in 1959, and it is based on an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne, and Kate Trefry. It will feature younger versions of the characters Jim Hopper, Joyce Byers, Bob Newby, and Henry Creel. This week, new photos from the production were shared to the show's Facebook page.

The synopsis for the play reads:
“Hawkins, 1959: a regular town with regular worries. Young Jim Hopper’s car won’t start, Bob Newby’s sister won’t take his radio show seriously and Joyce Maldonado just wants to graduate and get the hell out of town. When new student Henry Creel arrives, his family finds that a fresh start isn’t so easy… and the shadows of the past have a very long reach.”
Performances begin on November 17th. Stay tuned on more info from inside the Upside Down.
