First Look Photos of Tom Holland in Apple's 1970s-Set Crime Thriller Biography Series THE CROWDED ROOM
A couple new photos have been released of Spider-Man actor Tom Holland on the set of his upcoming series, The Crowded Room. The Apple TV+ series also stars Amanda Seyfried, Emmy Rossum, Christopher Abbott, Sasha Lane, and Emma Laird.
The crime thriller biography is a "seasonal anthology" series that is described as "exploring true and inspirational stories of people who had struggled, and learned to live with mental illness." Academy Award-winner Akiva Goldsman (A Beautiful Mind, Cinderella Man) is writing and executive producing for Apple Studios and New Regency, and the show is partly based on Goldsman's own life and inspired by the award-winning biography The Minds of Billy Milligan by Daniel Keyes. Kornél Mundruczó (Pieces of a Woman) is directing.
I have been really happy with the quality projects that have come from Apple since it began, and with this talented cast and crew, I look forward to watching this series.
