First Look Photos: THE RIGHTEOUS GEMSTONES Returning For Season 2 With New Cast Members Eric André and Jason Schwartzman

HBO has released some first look photos from the second season of the great comedy series The Righteous Gemstones. In the photos, we see the return of the main members of the family, including the series creator Danny McBride, and John Goodman, Adam Devine, Edi Patterson, and Walton Goggins. They are joined by Season 2 newcomers Eric André and Jason Schwartzman.

Here’s the Season 2 synopsis via EW:

"Things pick up an unspecified amount of time later, and we find the Gemstones in a pretty awesome place. I feel like the Gemstones have more to do with a massive corporation than they actually have to do with most Christians, and so like many corporations, COVID was very kind to the Gemstones. They were able to deliver to the world a streaming service that allowed people to stay at home and watch Gemstone broadcasts. So while everyone around them suffered, they're in a better position than they've ever been in before."

I can’t wait for the second season of this crazy show! The first season was so over-the-top funny and wild, I am super excited to see what happens to this family next. Check out the photos below, and keep an eye out for The Righteous Gemstones, set to return to HBO in 2022.
