First Photos Surface of Brie Larson Wearing Her Surprising CAPTAIN MARVEL Costume
Brie Larson has been out shooting something for Marvel. It's either something for Avengers 4 or her solo film Captain Marvel. We previously saw set photos featuring Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Colbie Smulders as Marie Hill. But, the awesome thing is, we finally get to see Larson in full costume! You can check out the photos below!

The design of the outfit is pretty cool but as I'm sure you've noticed, the colors are WAY off! This is very different from the concept art that we saw last year. I'm pretty sure that the suit that we're seeing in these photos is kind of a preliminary suit for the character before she gets the suit that we're all familiar with. Keeping that in mind, what do you think about the design!?
Captain Marvel is being directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck who directed Mississippi Grind. The most recent script comes from Geneva Robertson-Dworet (Tomb Raider). The film also stars Brie Larson, Ben Mendelsohn as the villain, and Jude Law as Doctor Walter Lawson, a.k.a. Mar-Vell.
The story of the film follows Carol Danvers, an Air Force pilot whose DNA is fused with that of an alien during an accident. The resulting alteration imbues her with the superpowers of strength, energy projection, and flight.
The movie is set to be released on March 8th, 2019.
