First Poster For Marvel's BLACK PANTHER and a Teaser Trailer is Coming Soon

Marvel has released the first poster for Black Panther and it features a cool image of Chadwick Boseman as King T'Challa decked out in his Black Panther suit sitting on his throne.

Marvel also announced that the first teaser trailer for the movie would be released tonight during the NBA Finals, so make sure to keep an eye out for that! We'll make sure to post it here on GeekTyrant as soon as it's released online.

I'm excited to see some actual footage from Black Panther!

After the events of Marvel's Captain America: Civil War, King T'Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country's new leader. However, T'Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakanadan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war.

The film also stars Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira , Martin Freeman, Daniel Kaluuya, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, and Andy Serkis. Additional cast members include Letitia Wright, Winston Duke, Florence Kasumba, Sterling K. Brown, and John Kani.

The Ryan Coogler-directed film in set to be released on February 16th, 2018.

What do you think of the first poster!?
