First Reactions to M. Night Shyamalan's KNOCK AT THE CABIN Are Calling It One of His Best Movies

I’ve been pretty excited about watching M. Night Shyamalan’s upcoming thriller Knock at the Cabin. The trailers that have been released have definitely fueled my curiosity, and I need to see how the story plays out!

The first reactions from the movie have hit social media and a lot of people are saying that this is one of the filmmaker’s best movies yet. The movie is described as being “dark as f***!!!", "a real deal nail-biter — startling and captivating from start to finish,” and that it’s his “best movie in damn near 20 years.” Dave Bautista’s performance is also getting a lot of high praise.

It sounds like Shyamalan has delivered another great movie, and I can’t wait to watch it! Check out some of the reactions below.

In the film, “While vacationing at a remote cabin, a young girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to avert the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what they believe before all is lost.”

Knock at the Cabin stars Dave Bautista (Dune, Guardians of the Galaxy franchise), Jonathan Groff (Hamilton, Mindhunter), Ben Aldridge (Pennyworth, Fleabag), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Persuasion, Old), Kristen Cui, Abby Quinn (Little Women, Landline) and Rupert Grint (Servant, Harry Potter franchise). 

Universal will release Knock at the Cabin in theaters on February 3rd, 2023.
