First SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Trailer Is Coming in December!

I know fans have been eagerly waiting to see some of the first official footage from Spider-Man: Homecoming. Fans got a very early glimpse at the film at Comic-Con early this year and those lucky enough to see it loved it! It was one of my favorite things I saw at the event, and you can read all about that footage here.

For the rest of you that haven't seen any footage yet, you'll be happy to know that the first trailer for the movie will drop next month! According to CB, the trailer will be attached to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which is set to be released on December 16th. I imagine the trailer will be released online sometime during the week of release.

Even though I've already seen footage from the film, I'm really excited to see what this trailer will offer. I'm sure it will feature some footage that we saw at Comic-Con, but there's no doubt it will show off more footage of Spider-Man in action because there wasn't a lot of completed footage of that at the time of Comic-Con.

After the spectacular debut of Marvel's version of the character in Civil War, the expectations for this solo film have been set really high. I have complete confidence in Marvel, though, and that they will at least meet our expectations.

Jon Watts is directing the film, and it has a strong cast that includes Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr.

Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7th, 2017.
