First Trailer For Billy Bob Thornton's New Amazon Series GOLIATH
After making a huge impact on TV in the first season of FX's Fargo, Billy Bob Thornton is returning to the small screen in Amazon's new series Goliath.
The streaming service has just unveiled the show's first trailer, and I'm about 50/50 on it. The pedigree is certainly there (some big name people are involved in this, including a great cast), but the visual effects aren't great and though it's an original series, I get the pervading sense that we've seen this kind of thing so many times before that I wonder how much new ground they'll really be able to cover here.
Goliath also stars William Hurt, Maria Bello, Molly Parker (House of Cards, Deadwood), Olivia Thirlby, and former Lost actors Harold Perrineau and Tania Raymonde. The first season will be available to stream on October 14, 2016. What do you think?
