First Trailer For Disney's MALEFICENT: MISTRESS OF EVIL
The story of Maleficent continues in a sequel coming from Disney called Maleficent: Mistress of Evil and today we have the first teaser trailer to share with you for it.
Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of the first film, but I know that there are a lot of Disney fans who did enjoy the movie. If you are one those people, then this movie is obviously for you. It looks like it will be just as good as the first one was. The one thing that I do like about this next film is the fact that Michelle Pfeiffer is in it.
The movie was directed by Joachim Rønning (Kon Tiki) from a script written by Linda Woolverton (Maleficent), and here’s the synopsis:
Maleficent: Mistress of Evil is a fantasy adventure that picks up several years after “Maleficent,” in which audiences learned of the events that hardened the heart of Disney’s most notorious villain and drove her to curse a baby Princess Aurora. The film continues to explore the complex relationship between the horned fairy and the soon to be Queen as they form new alliances and face new adversaries in their struggle to protect the moors and the magical creatures that reside within.
Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning reprise their roles as the dark fairy Maleficent and Princess Aurora, and they will be joined by Michelle Pfeiffer, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sam Riley, Harris Dickinson, Ed Skrein, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple, and Lesley Manville.
The movie hits theaters on October 18th, and you can watch the trailer below.
