First Trailer for HBO Max Original Film UNPREGNANT Starring Haley Lu Richardson and Barbie Ferreira
HBO Max has released the first trailer for their original film Unpregnant. The funny drama follows teen girl Veronica, played by Haley Lu Richardson (Split), who has found herself unexpectedly pregnant. She feels that she can’t go to her boyfriend, her friends, or her strict parents with her predicament, so she calls on her old best friend Bailey, played by Barbie Ferreira (Euphoria). They embark on a road trip to become unpregnant, and find more than they bargained for in the journey.
The movie also features Giancarlo Esposito (Breaking Bad), Alex MacNicoll (13 Reasons Why), and Breckin Meyer (Robot Chicken). Unpregnant was directed by Rachel Lee Goldenberg, who has worked on series like The Mindy Project and Angie Tribeca, and is helming the upcoming Valley Girl musical. Goldenberg wrote the script along with Jenni Hendriks and Ted Caplan, who wrote the book the movie is based on.
