First Trailer for Netflix's Series Adaptation of Michael Connelly's THE LINCOLN LAWYER

Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming series adaptation of Michael Connelly’s The Lincoln Lawyer. This first season will adapt the second book in the book series, The Brass Verdict.

The show was created by David E. Kelley and it stars Manuel Garcia-Rulfo in the lead role of Mickey Haller, an iconoclastic idealist who runs his law practice out of the back of his Lincoln as he takes on cases big and small across the expansive city of Los Angeles.

In the story, when Mickey’s former law partner is killed, he takes over the firm and that comes with the responsibility of handling a high-profile murder trial. This is the biggest case that he’s taken on, and while he’s involved with it he discovers there may be more at stake than he thought.

The series also stars Neve Campbell, Becki Newton, Jazz Raycole, and Angus Sampson. It looks like it’ll be a solid show and worth checking out!

The show was developed by Ted Humphrey, who serves as showrunner. The episodes were directed by filmmakers David Grossman, Alonso Alvarez, Bill D'Elia, Erin Feeley, and Liz Friedlander. Netflix will debut The Lincoln Lawyer on May 13th, 2022.
