If you’re running a Dungeons & Dragons campaign in Theros, I have a great tool for you DMs. Monster Hunts: Theros is an unofficial supplement from Ayla Finnegan, Darren Kenny, Jimmy Meritt, and Vall Syrene that not only gives your players some optional monster hunt quests to fill out your campaign, but it also offers new magical items and monster harvest tables. This allows you to have an answer when your party asks if they can skin that chimera. The 16 hunts are spread out across party levels 1-18 providing something for just about every group.
