For Some Reason Ben Affleck is Not Credited in THE FLASH
As you know, Ben Affleck reprised his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in The Flash and he actually had a good amount of screen time at the beginning of the film. But, when the credits rolled at the end Ben Affleck was not credited as being in the movie. Even the official cast list from the film from Warner Bros. doesn’t include his name. You can see that below.
This is really strange! I have no idea why they would not include Ben Affleck in the credits unless the actor asked not to be credited. There’s no explanation of why this is, so at this point, we’re just left to speculate.
As you might imagine, some DC fans are pissed off, with one As one user tweeting: "You're that unprofessional @JamesGunn?? I cannot understand why @wbd and us the fans, ended up with you.” It’s not really Gunn’s fault as this movie was made long before he came on board of co-CEO of DC Studios. But, people are directing their anger toward someone.
Affleck seemed proud of his work on the movie previously saying: "...I nailed it in The Flash. For the five minutes I'm there, it's really great. A lot of it's just tone. You've got to figure out, what's your version of the person? Who is the guy that fits what you can do? I tried to fit myself into a Batman. And by the way, I like a lot of the stuff we did, especially the first one [Batman v Superman]."
I’m sure that we’ll eventually get an explanation as to why Affleck went uncredited in the movie. In the meantime, speculate away below!
