Promo Trailer For Ryan Murphy's 9-1-1 Cop Series with Angela Bassett and Connie Britton
Even though Fox has just begun production on Ryan Murphy's new drama 9-1-1, the network isn't wasting any time in promoting his upcoming broadcast series. The network released the first trailer during the World Series.
The show "explores the high-pressure experiences of police, paramedics and firefighters who are thrust into the most frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations. These emergency responders must try to balance saving those who are at their most vulnerable with solving the problems in their own lives."
In the one-minute spot, we see Angela Bassett and the two newer additions to the cast — Connie Britton and Peter Krause, as police first responders. The promo also confirms that the series will premiere in January, that's typically when the network runs its most hyped new series.
