Fox Is Developing a Comedy That Explores Divorce Called EIGHT
A new comedy that explores divorce has been ordered by Fox. From the mind of Alison Bennet, Eight will be a single-camera comedy with the following description.
“[T]he project revolves around children of divorce Jillian and Trevor, who, after a whirlwind romance that resulted in a baby and a wedding (in that order), attempt to carve out their own family’s identity — with eight grandparents there to offer 8 million different opinions.”
Fox has put out a script order for the comedy which is being written and executive produced by Bennet with Rob Rosell also serving as an executive producer.
