Seth MacFarlane’s fantastic sci-fi series The Orville has been renewed for a third season by FOX! I love this show! It’s one of those series that just seems to get better and better as it goes on. Season 1 was so great, but Season 2 was even better! That being said, I’m incredibly excited to see what the creative team has in store for Season 3!

The story for the series is set 400 years in the future, and it follows the crew of the U.S.S. Orville, “a mid-level exploratory spaceship stocked with a crew of both humans and aliens who have to balance complications in space, as well as everyday personal and relationship problems.”

The series was created by MacFarlane, who also stars in the series alongside Adrianne Palicki, Penny Johnson Jerald, Scott Grimes, Peter Macon, J Lee, Mark Jackson, Chad L. Coleman and Jessica Szohr.
