Frank Castle is on The Hunt in These New Photos and Posters For Marvel's THE PUNISHER

Netflix has released a bunch of new photos for Marvel’s upcoming The Punisher Season 2. They feature Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle on a mission of revenge and kicking some ass. They also include images of several of the other characters in the show. I also included a couple new character posters that were released featuring Amy Bendix (Giorgia Whigham), and Jigsaw (Ben Barnes).

Former marine-turned-vigilante Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) has been living a quiet life on the road until he suddenly becomes embroiled in the attempted murder of a young girl (Giorgia Whigham). As he is drawn into the mystery surrounding her and those in pursuit of the information she holds, Castle attracts a new target on his back as new and old enemies force him to confront whether he should accept his destiny and embrace a life as The Punisher.

There’s another villain that’s being introduced to the series named John Pilgrim, who is described as an alt-right Christian Fundamentalist. He’s also said to be "a man whose calm exterior belies a ruthless interior. Despite having left behind a life of violence, circumstances will force him to use his old skills and bring him into Frank Castle’s world."

Floriana Lima will play Krista Dumont, "a smart, compassionate, and driven psychotherapist for military veterans." Giorgia Whigham will play Amy Bendix, "a street-smart grifter with a mysterious past."

Then there's Corbin Bernsen, who is set to play Anderson Schultz, "an extremely wealthy man who’s grown accustomed to getting his way. His power and legacy are of prime importance, and he’ll implement less-than-legal means to further those ends." Annette O’Toole will be taking on the role of the conniving Eliza Schultz, "Anderson’s equally manipulative wife." Amber Rose Revah and Jason R. Moore are also set to return to the series.

The Punisher Season 2 is set to drop on Netflix on Friday, January 18th.

Known throughout New York City as The Punisher, Frank Castle must discover the truth about injustices that affect more than his family alone. Marvel's The Punisher is now streaming on Netflix.
