FRASIER Revival Gets a Teaser Trailer, Photos, and an October Premiere Date on Paramount+
Frasier has reentered the building in a new teaser trailer that has been released from the upcoming revival at Paramount+! There’s not any footage of the series in the teaser, but if you’re a fan of the original series, it does hit those nostalgic feelings as it features a new recording Kelsey Grammer performing the show’s theme song, “Tossed Salads & Scrambled Eggs.” We also have some photos to share with you that do offer a look at what’s in store.
It was also announced that Fraiser is set to debut with its first two episodes on Paramount+ on October 12th. In addition, the first two episodes will air back to back on CBS on October 17th beginning at 9:15 pm ET/PT. The new season consists of 10 episodes.
The new series follows Frasier Crane (Grammer) “in the next chapter of his life as he returns to Boston with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge and an old dream or two to finally fulfill. Frasier has re-entered the building!”
Joining Grammer in the series we have Jack Cutmore-Scott as Frasier’s son Freddy; Nicholas Lyndhurst as Frasier’s old college buddy turned university professor Alan; Toks Olagundoye as Olivia, Alan’s colleague and head of the university’s psychology department; Jess Salgueiro as Freddy’s roommate Eve; and Anders Keith as Frasier’s nephew David. Bebe Neuwirth will also reprise her role as Dr. Lilith Sternin.
I’ve very excited about this show, and I hope that it actually turns out to be as fun and entertaining as the original series. I also hope that we get to see some Cheers characters pop up in it!
