Freakazoid Will Appear in Upcoming Episode of TEEN TITANS GO!

I’ve got some exciting news for all of you Feakazoid fans out there! The crazy classic 1990s animated character is set to make a little comeback in an upcoming episode of Teen Titans GO! Freakazoid is a fan-favorite character who was created by Batman the Animated Series' Bruce Timm and Paul Dini.

The Steven Spielberg-produced Freakazoid series initially premiered in 1995, and it chronicled the off-the-wall adventures of Dexter Douglas, a teenager who moonlights as a superhero, who is overloaded with useless information. He also battled an array of supervillains. I loved this show, so I’m pretty damn excited to hear that he’ll be making a return for Teen Titans GO!

Freakazoid will appear in the upcoming 35th episode of the show's sixth season, which is titled "Hugbees," and the description of the episode says that "the Brain teams up with The Lobe, so the Titans enlist the help of Freakazoid to stop them."

Paul Rugg, who voiced Freakazoid in his original series, confirmed that he will voice the character on his Twitter account, saying that the episode script is "pretty funny." I can’t wait to see what comes of this!
