Full Trailer For AMC's INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE Drops at Comic-Con and You Can Watch It Now

AMC’s upcoming series adaptation of Anne Rice’s Interview With The Vampire had a panel at Comic-Con this weekend, and during that panel, the first full trailer was released for the series, which looks like a wonderfully dark and gothic vampire show. It’s definitely a beautifully shot series! I was hoping that this series would be good, and it looks like it actually might be a solid show!

Sam Reid stars as Lestat de Lioncourt in the series and he’s joined by Game of Thrones actor Jacob Anderson in the role of Louis de Pointe du Lac. The series is set at the turn of the 20th century in New Orleans and it follows the vampire Louis de Pointe du Lac as he relates the story of his life to a reporter, in particular how he was turned into a vampire and then mentored by Lestat de Lioncourt.

The series also stars Sam Reid (The Newsreader), Bailey Bass (Avatar: The Way of the Water) and Eric Bogosian (Succession).

Rolin Jones (Perry Mason) serves as showrunner on the series. The late Anne Rice and her son Christopher Rice are also executive producers. The first season of the series will consist of seven episodes. Watch the trailer and let us know if this looks like a show you’d want to watch.
