Full Trailer for the Alex Cross Crime Thriller Series CROSS Coming to Prime Video

Prime Video has shared the full trailer for its upcoming crime thriller series Cross, which is an adaptation of James Patterson's Alex Cross novel series.

This looks like a solid series, and the story is definitely going to dive into some dark, gritty, and intense corners of the crime underworld.

The series stars Aldis Hodge (Black Adam, City On A Hill, One Night In Miami) as Cross, a “detective and forensic psychologist, uniquely capable of digging into the psyches of killers and their victims, in order to identify—and ultimately capture—the murderers.”

It’s explained that “Cross is brilliant, flawed, and full of contradictions. A doting father and family man, Cross is single-minded to the point of obsession when he hunts killers. He is desperate for love, but his wife’s murder has left him too damaged to receive it.”

The series was created by producer and writer Ben Watkins (Burn Notice. Hand of God), and produced by Paramount Television Studios and Skydance Television.

The series cast also includes Isaiah Mustafa, Darnell Bartholomew, Ashley Rios, Stacie Greenwell, Siobhan Murphy, Sharon Taylor, Mercedes de la Zerda, as well as Jennifer Wigmore as Chief Anderson.

Prime Video will premiere Cross starting sometime in 2024.
