Fun Action Figures Revealed for THE GOONIES, THE KARATE KID, and HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH
This past weekend was the big 2019 Toy Fair in New York City and some pretty cool pop culture action figures were revealed at the event! I thought I’d share a few of my favorites that I’ve seen pop up online.
I’ve included action figures here for films like The Goonies, The Karate Kid, and Halloween III: Season of the Witch. All classic films that have dedicated fan base. Like many of you, I’ll want to get my hands on these when they are released!
The Goonies figures feature best friends Sloth and Chunk. The figures come from NECA and will be released as a two-pack of 8-inch scale figures. Each character comes with real fabric clothing. Sloth also comes with a sword and pirate hat, and then there’s Chunk, who has a pirate hat and a replica of the David statue that he broke!
The Karate Kid figures come from Diamond Previews, and they feature 6” figures of Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso fighting each other at the big All-Valley Tournament.
Then there are the Halloween III: Season of the Witch figures. These figures feature three trick-or-treaters wearing the classic Silver Shamrock costumes. This is a 3-pack, and they come with fabric clothing, trick-or-treat bags, and a TV showing the Silver Shamrock Halloween commercial.
There’s no word on when these figures will be released, but they should be coming later this year.
