Fun ANACONDA Featurette Dives Behind the Scenes With Jack Black and Paul Rudd
A fun new featurette has been released that goes behind the scenes of the upcoming action comedy, Anaconda.
The video features interviews with the film’s stars Jack Black and Paul Rudd, who seemingly, and unsurprisingly, look to have spent most of the making of this movie just cracking each other up. The pair are joined in the cast by Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello.
Anaconda is directed by Tom Gormican (That Awkward Moment, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent), who co-wrote the screenplay with Kevin Etten.
The synopsis reads: “Doug (Jack Black) and Griff (Paul Rudd) have been best friends since they were kids, and have dreamed of remaking their all-time favorite movie: the cinematic ‘classic’ Anaconda. 🐍
“When a midlife crisis pushes them to finally go for it, they head deep into the Amazon to start filming. But things get "real" when an actual giant anaconda appears, turning their comically chaotic set into a very deadly situation. The movie they're dying to make? It might just get them killed.”
I can’t wait to see this movie! I love Rudd and Black, and I think this ridiculous comedy will deliver the laughs for sure. Check out the featurette below, and watch Anaconda in theaters on Christmas Day, December 25th.
