Fun Fast-Paced Teaser Trailer for HBO's RUN with Domhnall Gleeson and Merritt Wever

We’ve got a great trailer for you to check out for an upcoming HBO series called Run, starring Merritt Wever (The Walking Dead, Marriage Story) and Domhnall Gleeson (About Time, Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker). The series is being co-executive produced by Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, Killing Eve), and written by Vicky Jones (Killing Eve, Flack). Kate Dennis (The Mindy Project, The Handmaid’s Tale) and Natalie Bailey (How to Stay Married, Avenue 5) are directing.

The story follows college sweethearts who made a pact stating that if one of them texted the other one the word “run” 15 years later, and the other responded with the same word, they would drop what they were doing and meet at Grand Central Station with the intent to travel the U.S. together. It’s fun and fast-paced, and looks like it will have a lot of ground to cover for the two people who used to know each other so well, but are virtual strangers now.

I love both of these actors, and I think the trailer looks great. I will definitely be tuning in to watch. Run takes off on HBO on April 12. Check out the trailer below, and let us know what you think.
