The rise of the Los Angeles Lakers is to subject of a fantastic-looking new series titled Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, and HBO Max has just dropped a full trailer for you to enjoy. This series is going to be a ton of fun to watch!
The series is described as “a fast-break series chronicling the professional and personal lives of the 1980s Lakers, one of sports’ most revered and dominant dynasties — a team that defined its era, both on and off the court.”
Winning Time comes from Adam McKay, director of The Big Short and Vice, and it will put a focus on the “rise of basketball Hall of Famer Magic Johnson and the lengths one man will go in pursuit of securing a basketball dynasty.”
