Fun New Promo for THE GARFIELD MOVIE Features the Lovable Cat Eating All the Things
A new trailer for The Garfield Movie has been released, teasing that our favorite orange, lasagna-loving cat is going to be eating all the things this Memorial Day weekend.
This new take on the classic Jim Davis comic strip features Chris Pratt (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Super Mario Bros. Movie) as the voice of Garfield, and he is joined by Samuel L. Jackson, Hannah Waddingham, Ving Rhames, Nicholas Hoult, Cecily Strong, Harvey Guillén, Brett Goldstein, and Bowen Yang.
The Garfield Movie is directed by Mark Dindal (The Emperor's New Groove), from a screenplay by Paul A. Kaplan & Mark Torgove (Raising Hope) and David Reynolds (Finding Nemo).
In the film, “After an unexpected reunion with Garfield's long-lost father - the cat Vic (Samuel L. Jackson)- he and Odie are forced to abandon their pampered life to join Vic in a high-stakes heist.”
This looks like it’s going to be fun! My kids are excited to see it, and it will be a great way to kick off the summer.
