We’ve got a fun trailer to share with you for the upcoming Netflix movie Love. Wedding. Repeat. When I saw the name of this movie, I rolled my eyes hardcore because I was sure this was going to be straight Hallmark hot garbage, but this movie actually looks pretty funny and has a great cast. The film stars Sam Claflin (Me Before You, Adrift), and Olivia Munn (The Newsroom, Ocean’s Eight), as well as Freida Pinto, Eleanor Tomlinson, Joel Fry, Tim Key, Aisling Bea, Jack Farthing, and Allan Mustafa.
Here’s the synopsis:
In this innovative romantic comedy about the power of chance, alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack (Sam Claflin) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day. But he’ll have to juggle an angry ex-girlfriend, an uninvited guest with a secret, a misplaced sleep sedative, and unexpectedly reuniting with the girl of his dreams who got away, Dina (Olivia Munn). If he succeeds, Jack might find a happy ending of his own.
This movie looks like it has some fun twists and turns, and like it will be really funny. I have found myself gravitating toward more funny and lighthearted movies and shows since this quarantine began, so hopefully this movie will have something in it to make us smile.
