Fun Trailer for a New Submarine Thriller Titled TORPEDO: U-235
I’ve always been fascinated in stories set on submarines. There’s just something about traveling underwater in a tight claustrophobic tin can filled with people that makes for an intriguing setting. Well, we have a trailer to share with you today for a new submarine thriller titled Torpedo U 235, and it looks like a fun movie.
The story is set during World War II and it follows a team of Resistance fighters in Belgium who “accept a suicide mission to deliver a stolen Nazi submarine carrying atomic uranium. Hunted by Hitler's army, the crew must outwit the German Navy to bring the cargo safely to America.”
The movie comes from director Sven Huybrechts, who is making his feature directorial debut and it stars Koen De Bouw, Thure Riefenstein, Ella-June Henrard, Joren Seldeslachts, Sven De Ridder, Stefan Perceval, and Bert Haelvoet.
Torpedo U 235 will get a direct-to-VOD release on May 19th.
