Funko Games has made a name for themselves making games based on classic movies. Now, to celebrate the 40 year anniversary of E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, they have a new game out now for you to enjoy: E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial: Light Years from Home Game.

Help Elliott, Gertie, Michael, and Greg as they work together to help E.T. return home. You’ll dodge government agents as you bike through the neighborhood collecting items that E.T. can use to build a communication device to call his ship.

Then race to get E.T. to the clearing before his heartlight fades. I’ve been impressed at the quality games that Funko makes and while I haven’t been wild about all of them, this one sounds like it could be a solid addition to your gaming collection.

In this cooperative adventure game, play as Elliott, Gertie, Michael, and Greg as you work together to send E.T. home. Bike through the neighborhood, using shortcuts and ramps to avoid the agents.
