Funko Games Reveals New Games Based on BACK TO THE FUTURE, GODZILLA, and More
At New York Toy Fair, Funko Games revealed some pretty awesome new board games that they’re adding to their catalog in 2020. This summer, you and up to three of your friends can be sent back to 1955 in the DeLorean until you can find a way back to 1985 in Back to the Future: Back in Time. This game is currently set to cost $29.99. Next, Godzilla: Tokyo Clash allows you and up to three of your friends to control Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Megalon, and Mothra as you destroy Japan. The game will run for $34.99 this June and features detailed miniatures and a modular cityscape of 3D buildings.
Other great games on their way include Pan Am this June which will allow you and your friends to compete against Pan American Airways for $34.99, Last Defense which is designed to last only 20 minutes and is a cooperative family friendly game coming in August for $19.99, Yacht Rock in August for $16.99 will have you and your friends writing some soft-rock songs, and finally Funkoverse will be expanding its game with new licenses.
New franchises coming to Funkoverse include Jurassic Park and Aggretsuko. Fans will also find new characters from Back to the Future, The Golden Girls, JAWS, and more joining the game as well. Expansions will cost between $14.99-39.99 and the game supports up to 6 players.
