We’ve got a new trailer for you to check out from the upcoming rom-com, Hooking Up, starring Brittany Snow (Pitch Perfect, Almost Family) and Sam Richardson (Veep, Good Boys). The movie is an unconventional rom-com, touching on illness, addiction, and fighting the demons that plague us while connecting meaningfully to the people around us.
Here’s the full synopsis:
Bailey (Sam Richardson) and Darla (Brittany Snow) embark upon a misguided and mutually deceitful form of therapy, one in which they must drive across the country re-enacting Darla's colorful history as a sex addict. As their true motivations for the road trip come to light, the unlikely pair force one another to confront their issues, discovering that there might actually be more to love than just sex.
The film also stars Jordana Brewster (Fast and Furious franchise), Vivica A. Fox (Kill Bill Vol. 1), and Amy Pietz (Caroline in the City).
