Funny Promo Spot For The 30 ROCK Reunion Special!
NBC has released a promo spot for its upcoming 30 Rock reunion special. The show brings back Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Tracy Morgan, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, and more. It’s so cool to see these that these characters are coming back together one more time and it’s set during the coronavirus pandemic.
The promo features a gag of Liz Lemon ragging on someone for not wearing a mask outside, as well as her being slapped through a phone thanks to Jack’s iPhone 40. If you were a fan of 30 Rock, you’re sure to get a laugh out of this!
It’s pretty interesting to see that the cast actually shot some scenes on location in New York City, which was one of the cities that was hit hardest by the pandemic.
30 Rock executive producers Tina Fey and Robert Carlock previously talked about their excitement to be getting the gang back together, saying:
“We’re all happy to have this excuse to (remotely) work together again for NBC. To quote Kenneth the Page, there are only two things we love in this world, television and everyone.”
30 Rock: A One-Time Special will premiere on Thursday, July 16th at 8:00 P.M EST/7:00 P.M, CST on NBC.
