Gal Gadot Joins Kenneth Branagh's Adaptation of Agatha Christie’s DEATH ON THE NILE

Gal Gadot is set to star in Kenneth Branagh’s adaptation of Agatha Christie’s murder mystery novel Death on the Nile. This film will serve as a sequel to Murder on the Orient Express. Branagh will be back to direct and he’ll also once again be taking on the role of detective Hercule Poirot.

Death on the Nile was published in 1937, and the story follows "Poirot investigating a murder during a luxurious cruise on the Nile River that he just happens to be on. But just as he identifies a motley collection of would-be killers, several of the suspects also meet their demise, which only deepens the mystery.”

I enjoyed Branagh’s adaptation of Murder on the Orient Express and I’m looking forward to seeing how this next movie turns out. I’m sure Gal Gadot is just the start of what will most likely end up being an incredible ensemble cast. This is an awesome project for her to take on!

Death on the Nile is set to be released on December 20, 2019.
