List of Video Games To Look Out For In July
The summer may not have a bunch of killer movies, but the games are looking incredible! Between some Triple-A titles and some inventive indie games, July is going to offer a lot of games to play and enjoy.
Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris - July 10th
Playstation 4, Xbox One, PC
Play as Kirito and customize your own character as you go through various adventures and battles. With an action RPG battle system that allows players to customize their parties' attack patterns and chains based on the situation, there is lots of deep gameplay to be seen in the flat adventure.
Paper Mario: The Origami King - July 17th
Nintendo Switch
Our favorite plumber is going to newer 2D heights than before with a world filled with origami to explore and fight through. We’re excited for a new plot, the gorgeous visuals, and cool origami characters.
Ghost Of Tsushima - July 17th
PlayStation 4
Super heroes, raccoon spies, and now samurai? Sucker Punch can seemingly do it all. Ghost of Tsushima looks like a masterpiece just in visuals alone. But the stunning graphics and color isn’t the best part of the game. Take control of a samurai and fight for Japan’s freedom in a number of ways. Night or day, upfront or from the shadow, distraction or confrontation, take on enemies in the way you want.
Destroy All Humans! - July 26th
PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Google Statia
The invasion is coming back, Destroy All Humans! has been remade and we cannot wait to create chaos like we never did before! With the original missions and main voices from the original (with some quality improvements), we can hope and expect that it will be a load of fun like it was 15 years ago.
Othercide - July 28th
PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC
From the small studio, Lightbulb Crew, Othercide takes players through a dark, stylized world to combat horrifying creatures. With the new Dynamic Timeline System, tactical RPG gameplay, and a twisted narrative, there looks like a lot to love about this game.
