During Disney’s CinemaCon presentation, they shared the first footage from an incredible-looking sci-fi action film titled The Creator. This movie was originally titled True Love, and it’s an original project that was written and directed by Gareth Edwards (Godzilla and Rogue One).

The story is set in a distant future after a “catastrophic and apocalyptic war” between humans and artificial intelligence, and it looks such an extremely awesome movie that is going to take audiences on an amazingly wild ride!

The film stars John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Ralph Ineson, Allison Janney, and Ken Watanabe. Watch us talk about the footage we saw in the video here! The Creator is scheduled to be released on September 29, 2023, by 20th Century Studios.
