Team17 and Moi Rai Games have announced the free new Forgotten World update for Monster Sanctuary is out now. This is the biggest addition to date and includes ten new monsters (five of which are community designs), two new outfits, 78 new skills, 13 new items, and three new game modes. The new game modes, which include Bravery, Randomizer, and Permadeath, can be combined in any way you want, giving the game much more customization.
