Get Ready for Super Bowl LIV by Playing TECMO BOWL on Switch and PS4

Many early gamers may recognize Tecmo Bowl from its heyday on the NES. However, in case you didn’t know, there was an arcade version of the game from even earlier. Now, fans can revisit those original glory days from 1987 on modern consoles. Hamster Corp. has released Tecmo Bowl on the Switch and PS4 as part of their Arcade Archives just in time for Super Bowl LIV. The game will cost you $7.99 and you and your friends can play for days figuring out if the Wildcats or the Bulldogs is better.

The original arcade game featured generic teams and players instead of the NFL names NES fans remember. In addition, the arcade version allowed 10 players on each side instead of the 11 in real life and 9 in the NES. Will you be playing Tecmo Bowl before the Super Bowl?

It should be noted that the NES version of Tecmo Bowl is available on the Switch if you have Nintendo Switch Online.
