Get Your First Look at BEAUTY AND THE BEAST's Table Read in Sneak Peek Clip
I'm normally not crazy about the whole "trailer for a trailer" concept, but even though this is a slight variation on that — it's essentially a trailer for a sneak peek video — I thought it was worth sharing. Disney's live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast has a terrific cast, and a lot of people (myself included) are very excited to see them step into the roles so wonderfully portrayed in the '90s animated classic.
That version of Beauty and the Beast is getting a 25th anniversary special edition on Digital HD September 6th and on Blu-ray September 20th, and it includes a featurette devoted to the upcoming new movie. The studio sent over this brief clip from that special feature that gives us our first look at the table read from the new film, hinting at the relationship between Emma Watson's Belle and Dan Stevens' Beast.
The live-action film hits theaters on March 17, 2017.
