GHOSTBUSTERS Stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson Reunite on Late Night Shows
Original Ghostbusters stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Ernie Hudson recently reunited for a little Late Night Show action. They recently appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers to talk about the upcoming sequel Ghostbusters: Afterlife.
The three also talk at length about their experience making the original films together and what it meant for them to pass the torch to a younger generation of Ghostbusters.
In the film Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Egon Spangler’s family moves to a small town where they learn about their grandfather’s legacy and that he used to catch ghosts for a living. I love the story of a couple of kids slowly discovering something incredible about their grandpa and his legacy.
The synopsis for the next chapter in the Ghostbusters universe reads, “A single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.”
The movie was directed by Jason Reitman and stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, and Paul Rudd.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife will be released in theaters on November 19th, 2021.
