Give Your D&D Party Some Skill Challenges with CHALLENGE ACCEPTED II

Justin Handlin and the team over at Crit Academy have a new Dungeons & Dragons supplement for DMs to enjoy called Challenge Accepted II. This supplement provides 19 new skill challenges to give your players.

Skill challenges are a mechanic not often seen in 5th edition, but it’s a really cool way to have a non-combat encounter. Basically, something happens and players tell you how they’re going to resolve the challenge and if it makes sense and they roll high enough, they’re golden. However, they can only fail a few times before the entire challenge is failed. They’re a lot of fun.

Well, in Challenge Accepted II, you’ll find new challenges like dealing with a mephit, an incubus, and even escaping a cave-in. There’s a good chance I’ll be incorporating some of these in future sessions.

Inside you will find a collection of Fourth Edition's best kept secret...Skill Challenges, for your 5th Edition Game.

D&D is a game that consists of multiple pillars of play; combat, roleplay and exploration. This adaptation is designed to help enhance all those various challenges in a controlled and structured format that the Dungeon Master can use at their table called a skill challenge. A Skill Challenge is a great tool for giving some structure to some of the more narrative aspects of the game. Inside we give you 19 challenges that you can drop into your stories and campaigns.

Keep your blades sharp and spells prepared heroes, or you may regret accepting this challenge!

You can purchase Challenge Accepted II from DMs Guild for $4.95.
